The Better Birth Preparation Program is a 12-week private educational & coaching program for women who want to do more than simply hope birth goes differently. Maybe you’re preparing for a natural birth or VBAC. Maybe your last pregnancy or birth was difficult, high-risk, intervention-heavy, or nothing like you expected. Or maybe this is your first baby, and you already know you want to prepare beyond the basics. This program helps you prepare for a better experience. Your 12-week program includes: Private, personalized childbirth preparation The complete Pregnancy & Body Support Program, including pregnancy health and wellness education Nutrition coaching to help you practically support yourself throughout pregnancy Individualized herbal coaching for pregnancy wellness and common concerns Prenatal body preparation, including movement, mobility, positioning, and body-readiness strategies Childbirth education that goes beyond the stages of labor into physiology, coping, positioning, interventions, and decision-making Mindset and emotional preparation, including faith-based support when desired Advocacy preparation so you know how to communicate, ask questions, and participate in decisions Early breastfeeding education so feeding preparation begins before your baby arrives A Personalized Birth Roadmap for the birth you’re working toward Together, we prepare your mind, body, health, knowledge, and voice through childbirth education, body preparation, nutrition and herbal coaching, mindset work, advocacy, positioning, and early breastfeeding preparation. You’ll also receive a Personalized Birth Roadmap so you know what you can do now to prepare for the birth you want—and how to adapt if plans change. Includes the full Pregnancy & Body Readiness Program, 20% off Breastfeeding Prep, and $600 off if you’ve already completed Pregnancy & Body Readiness. Cancellation Policy
All information received on this form will be treated as strictly confidential. Please fill out the forms completely and accurately. This information is essential to developing a program that addresses your needs, goals, and interests and is safe and effective. Please provide 24 Hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid being charged. Refunds are given within 24 hours of booking. No refunds given after that time. If you desire to have me do your visit in person, an additional travel fee is as follows: $35 fee for 20 minutes outside of North Royalton $50 Fee for Outside of Cuyahoga County $60 Fee for any location 1+ hour outside of North Royalton $50 additional fee for visits on major federal holidays. This Fee must be paid BEFORE the Visit.
