Receive preventive care that works with the body and not against it.

I refuse to treat God's design and nature's medicine as second-best.

I combine bodywork, nutrition, advocacy, mindset, and birth education into a holistic prenatal strategy because I believe naturopathic care and holistic education can prevent and reduce complications during pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding

Let’s not do a repeat of last time…

You don’t want the aches, pains, swelling, pressure, stress, or health scares for you or your baby!

You're ready for:

  • Confidence in your body’s ability to grow, birth, and feed a healthy baby

  • A holistic approach that helps you make strong, aligned decisions

  • Real education and real guidance that honor both evidence and intuition

  • A breastfeeding experience that lasts longer and feels better

  • A pregnancy that feels healthier, calmer, and more comfortable

And I’m excited to tell you…
You’re in the right place

Hey! I’m Angel.

Northeast Ohio’s holistic childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and prenatal health coach, at your service.

I give moms the tools and support they need to prepare for a natural birth and prevent or minimize complications during pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding; all while learning how to advocate for the care they deserve and avoid unnecessary trauma.

I’m a:

  • Certified Doula

  • Certified Childbirth Educator

  • Certified Lactation Counselor

  • Prenatal Wellness Coach

  • Semi-Crunchy Mom of seven

  • Four-time VBAC Mom After Two C-sections

  • Health and wellness nerd with 15+ certifications

  • Your future birth side-kick

Now, I help moms who want a healthy, natural pregnancy and birth experience — one that feels aligned with their body, their values, and their intuition — and I help them get a good start to breastfeeding too.

Here’s the story.

In 2015, I had my first traumatic C-section.
In 2016, I had another.

Both times, I felt alone, confused, and terrified.
No one explained anything.
I didn’t understand why I “needed” a C-section or what to expect.
Both babies were born at 31 weeks, spent weeks in the hospital, and I had to figure out how to exclusively breastfeed premature babies with zero guidance.

After that second traumatic C-section, I made a decision:
I would do anything and everything possible to avoid another.

In 2017, when I became a WIC breastfeeding peer counselor, I realized how deeply birth affects breastfeeding — and that if moms want breastfeeding to go well, they need better birth experiences from the start.

After living through my own births and watching so many moms try to avoid complications, avoid C-sections, and succeed at breastfeeding, I became obsessed — in the best way — with understanding why complications happen and how to prevent them naturally.

Since then, I’ve had four vaginal births after two C-sections — three unmedicated, two at home — despite being considered high risk.
I’ve breastfed all seven babies, with my longest journey lasting over two years.

I learned how to minimize complications, how to create a realistic backup plan when things need a gentle detour, how to stay aligned with my goals, and how to advocate (respectfully and effectively) for what I wanted.

Fast forward to today…

I’ve spent the last decade learning everything I can about pregnancy wellness, physiologic birth, natural breastfeeding support, maternal mental health, and holistic healing.

And now?

I help moms have:

  • healthier pregnancies

  • smoother birth experiences

  • less fear and more confidence

  • and stronger breastfeeding outcomes

I’ve supported over 100 families as they worked toward better outcomes — and I’d be honored to support you next.
