HOW I CAN HELP

As a trained postpartum doula I can assist with the care of your newborn. I have an interest in helping parents care for preemie babies, and assist with the transition at home. I am a certified ServSafe food handler and can help with simple meal prep, and light household chores. I am also CPR/First Aid certified. I'm trained to give moms breastfeeding support and education.
