Service Description
Curious about what I have to offer? I'd love to sit down with you and chat about the services I can provide to you! Virtual consultation is free. For an in-person consult, there is a $20 fee. You will receive two confirmation emails/texts before your appointment. YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED.
Cancellation Policy
All information received on this form will be treated as strictly confidential. Please fill out the forms completely and accurately. This information is essential to developing a program that addresses your needs, goals, and interests and is safe and effective. Please provide 24 Hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid being charged. Refunds are given within 24 hours of booking. No refunds given after that time. If you desire to have me do your visit in person, an additional travel fee is as follows: $35 fee for 20 minutes outside of North Royalton $50 Fee for Outside of Cuyahoga County $60 Fee for any location 1+ hour outside of North Royalton $50 additional fee for visits on major federal holidays. This Fee must be paid BEFORE the Visit.
